These pieces followed the "Gauze Grid" work and move toward work that is more constructed. While some patterning remains the work is more about it's own physicality and the process of it's construction. The material is of my own device and made in pieces that are riveted to a back piece to complete the whole. They are similar in appearance to hand made paper and look to be fragile in construction. They are, however, quite strong and amazingly durable. As with the Gauze Grid Paintings this work also would also show well in a Corporate or Public space.
